Sitting on top of Concord’s highest point, this brick New England estate has all the elements of an 1800s home but needed a renovation for modern living. While the house cannot be mistaken for anything but stately, the interior reflects beautiful design and flow, with exceptional architectural details. Although originally designed as an addition, it quickly became a complicated, multi-phased job that resulted in a lovely new home. Interestingly, although the house sits at that the top of the highest point in town, it also sits on an aqueduct, so managing the underground water was a major challenge of building this new construction and renovation.
