Kaitlyn was hired as an administrative assistant, to work in accounting and operations, but she’s proven so bright and capable, she quickly began handling many more responsibilities and soon became Ken’s right-hand person. And hey, who better to learn from than Ken. When she’s not hard at work, she likes to play tennis, hike and draw, especially in charcoal.
